Problems Signing In
If you cannot sign in to your Phlare account, try the following steps:
Step #1: Check your credentials
Make sure you are entering the correct email address and password associated with your account.
Step #2: Reset your password if needed
If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Step #3: Clear your browser cache
Sometimes saved data can interfere with login. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again.
Step #4: Try another browser or device
If the issue continues, test logging in from a different browser or device to see if the problem is specific to your setup.
Step #5: Still having trouble?
If none of these steps resolve the issue, email info@phlare.org for support. Our team can help you restore access to your account.
Note: If you created your account using Google, Facebook, or Apple, use the appropriate button on the login page.

- Try using the password reset form with any email you may have used
- Still can’t log in? You may need to create a new account
