Payment and Billing
Phlare makes it simple to manage payments for both individual courses and subscriptions.
Accepted Payment Methods
Phlare accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Managing Your Plan
In your Account Settings, you can:
- View your active subscription plan and renewal date
- Update or change your payment method
- Review your billing history and download receipts for your records
If a Payment Fails
- Double-check that your card details are correct and up to date
- Ensure that your card has available funds or credit
- If the issue continues, update your payment method with a different card
- Contact info@phlare.org for support if the problem is not resolved
Why This Matters
Keeping your payment information current ensures uninterrupted access to your courses, certificates, and office hours. For instructors, accurate billing settings also ensure smooth payout processing for your earnings.
Note: If you created your account using Google, Facebook, or Apple, use the appropriate button on the login page.

- Search all your inboxes for emails from Phlare
- Try using the password reset form with any email you may have used
